Refunds and Cancellations

CQBrick™ has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on unopened items. Due to the handmade and custom nature of these products, returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Order or pre-order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee. This is in part because we are not refunded the transaction fees when you cancel and our production numbers are pre-order based.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and sealed in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@cqbrick.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and return shipping will not be paid for by CQBrick™ except in cases where the return is due to our gross error or negligence.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

There are several ways to receive missing or broken pieces:

1.) Go to Bricklink.com, purchase your missing parts, and send us the receipt. We will cross-check the parts purchased vs. the parts list of your kit, double check the weight tolerance of the kits, and issue a refund for that exact amount

2.) Go to the LEGO® website and use the Pick-a-Brick feature to select your components. We will follow the same procedure as option 1, and issue the appropriate refund.

3.) IF we have extra components on hand, we will package and ship them within 7 days to the address provided.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened items may NOT be returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or customized products

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
